Mini-Grants for Teachers

The Program
For more than 40 years, the Rotary Club of Glendora has supported innovative classroom learning through its Mini-Grants for Teachers Program. These grants allow local educators to bring creative ideas, special projects, and unique learning experiences directly into their classrooms for the benefit of students.
Since its founding, the program has funded hundreds of classroom projects benefiting thousands of local students.
The 2025 Mini-Grants program has just concluded, and thanks to the generosity of Rotary club members and community donors, nearly $17,000 in teacher grant requests were funded this year. These projects will benefit students in both the Glendora Unified and Charter Oak Unified School Districts.
Each year teachers submit proposals for special classroom materials, programs, and hands-on learning experiences that go beyond traditional school funding. Applications are reviewed by Rotary members and school district representatives, and selected grants are funded to help students thrive.
